Orders

All items are shipped pre-paid.  You can mail us a bank cashiers check, postal money order, or we can accept your credit card for payment.  Please do not send personal checks.  Personal checks only slow completion of your order while the check clears your bank.
 
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards.  Sorry, no American Express cards accepted here.
 
We do not accept payments through PayPal or other 3rd party systems.  
 
The amount you pay will include the sale price and all shipping charges. When using our shopping cart, the total cost including shipping (taxes for you Georgia residents added at checkout) will be shown to you prior to providing any of your information.  Just click the "ORDER HERE" button by each product to view the total cost.  That's all you do!  If you want to continue, keep going with the cart check out.  We charge NO extra handling charges or extra fees for oversize orders. 
 
After your order is submitted you will see a order receipt page with your order number and confirmation.  We suggest you print this page for future reference.  You will also be sent an email confirmation of your order sent to the email address you provided with the order.

Credit card charges are made within 24 hours of shipment.
We do not charge your card unless the item(s) are in stock and ready to ship.
All customer information (including email addresses) gathered here for the purpose of sales transactions are kept in confidence and not sold, shared, or distributed to any business or person except those necessary to complete your order (drop shipped orders).  See our privacy policy below on this page.

Shipping

Once we receive payment we will ship your order promptly. We make every effort to ship the same day of your order. However, if you want your order shipped to a location other than the billing address for your credit card account, this may delay your order (up to 3 business days) while we attempt to verify the information you provided.

We don't stock every item we list so your order may need to be shipped from one of our distributors and this may take a little longer (or shorter in some cases). This delay is usually 1-3 days and we will make every attempt to notify you of any unexpected delays beyond that period.

 
Our shipping cost for new retail sales is set at only $9.95 per order. You pay only this rate with no extra handling charges or oversize fees. We keep your shipping cost to a minimum but these costs are steadily increasing so the rates are subject to change without notice.
EXCEPTIONS: All exchanges, clearance items or other special shipping is charged at our actual UPS or FedEx ground shipping rate plus appropriate insurance.

We use FedEx ground for our primary shipping and UPS when needed. Neither FedEx nor UPS will deliver to PO boxes. We will need a physical address and telephone number at that location in order to process and ship your order. We may also use the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail) for smaller packages or as we deem necessary. We will make every effort to provide you tracking information when your order ships. However, as noted above there are times when we may need to drop ship an order from a distributor so in some cases these orders will not include a tracking number. Tracking is usually available by request. Email us and we will help you find your order if you believe it is overdue. We will be glad to handle any reasonable shipping request for your order. Just give us a call and let us know how fast you want it

Returns

If you want to return an item, notify us via e-mail within 20 days of the date we shipped your order. When we determine your order is returnable, we will issue you a return authorization number to include with your return shipping. The return address label must include the return authorization number and the merchandise must be received here within 10 business days of issuing the return authorization. Issuance of a return authorization number is not a guarantee of refund. Do not return items without notifying us first. Items arriving here without return authorization will force us to refuse the shipment and be returned at customer's expense.
Sales are considered final 21 days from the date of shipment.

SALES FINAL on all windscreens, soft luggage and clearance items. No returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Shipping charges for exchanges are charged at our actual cost plus appropriate insurance.

Refunds

For merchandise returned to us in new condition and ready for re-sell, you will receive a refund (excluding shipping) less a 5% restocking fee. This fee has become necessary to cover ever increasing processing and handling costs. All refunds are pending inspection of the item here at RL Motorcycles & Aviation, LLC. Any item shipped from RL Motorcycles & Aviation, LLC can be exchanged for a different item with no fee for the exchange****. You pay the shipping charges both ways and any difference in item price, if any. You will also pay our actual ground shipping cost plus appropriate insurance. We will process your exchange as quickly as possible.

We offer refunds and/or exchanges only if the item being returned is in new factory condition and ready to put on the shelf for retail sale. This will include all packaging, seals, papers, instructions, stickers, etc.
We do not ship merchandise to be tried out or otherwise used in any way.
If the item you want to return is marked in any way, was mounted to the motorcycle, seal is broken, or does not include the original papers and packaging, please do not attempt to send it back. If you return an item and we find it is not in factory fresh condition you will be charged a 10%-25% restocking fee depending on condition of the item. Sorry, no exceptions on this matter. Be reasonable and honest with us and we will always treat you the same in return. We value each and every customer and we strive to be more than fair, but keep in mind we must re-sell what you return. All refunds are processed promptly and credit is issued by company check or credit to your credit card account.

Warranties

RL Motorcycles / RL-Aviation, LLC does not manufacture or warranty any of the accessories we sell. All warranty claims must be made to the manufacturer. However, we will be glad to assist you in any way we can to expedite your repair or replacement with the manufacturer. Simply call us or email and tell us the problem and we will go from there.

Privacy is important to all of us. We provide this notice explaining our online information practices for your review. To make this notice easy to find, we link it from most of the pages of our website and on our shopping cart.
